Diversity makes teams strong, and Onfido is happy to announce that we’ve partnered with Women in Revenue to support their mission in championing women in growth roles in their careers, connections and mentorships.

Access and inclusion has always been rooted in our mission at Onfido. We admire Women in Revenue for their dedication to equity, inclusion and career acceleration for women in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Revenue Operations roles. This organization empowers and elevates current and future female leaders and helps remove barriers in their career trajectory. Their programs and services include training, education, speaking opportunities, mentorship and more — all exciting areas for Onfido’s sponsorship at the Supporter level.

“It’s so important for women to uplift each other, share resources, and use our network to increase access to jobs and connections,” said Imani Alexis, Onfido Solutions Engineer. “Onfido has a lot to offer with our own network of amazing women and jobs, and we’ll gain a lot from being a part of Women in Revenue.”

We hope to elevate women in revenue-generating growth roles and connect them to resources to further their skill sets, careers, and be celebrated in their professional lives.  Our growth leaders are enthusiastic to become a part of Women in Revenue's network, share opportunities and mentorship, and meet with other like-minded diverse professional women. As members, they will gain valuable insights from a network of over 7,000 women in the same type of roles.

“Having both benefited from and supported a network of exceptional professional women in my career, I’m looking forward to becoming a part of WIR’s community,” said Jelena Tarbuk, VP of Sales at Onfido.

“We are truly grateful for the support from the team at Onfido," said Shari Johnston, Women in Revenue Founding Board Member. "It is through the dedication of partners like you that we are able to continue our mission of empowerment and growth for our members. Your commitment reinforces our belief in the strength of collaboration to make a difference. Thank you for being a partner, it is essential to our success."

Membership with Women in Revenue is free, and if you are interested in joining you can learn more at their Become a Member page.

Additionally, the next Women in Revenue is coming up on September 7th. A panel of experts will discuss the three biggest challenges facing women in revenue-generating roles: (1) compensation transparency, (2) lack of mentorship, and (3) work-life balance. Register here

In the meantime, we’re eagerly brainstorming some ideas for joint events, speaker opportunities, and other ways to get started with meeting and elevating both our organizations' incredible women.
