Who are we looking for?
Do you use, or have you used, Onfido’s products in your day-to-day work? Then your expertise and experience is what we’re looking for.
We’re searching for people familiar with Onfido who are interested in helping improve our tools for users. You don’t need to be an Onfido power-user, a product manager, or have years of experience under your belt – just a willingness to talk to us a few times a year.
How does it work?
When signing up, we’ll ask you a number of questions to match you to the most appropriate research opportunities.
Signing up is not a commitment to participate in research. Instead, you will be notified of suitable opportunities and offered the chance to take part as they arise.

1. Who can join?
Anyone who is a current employee of an Onfido customer.
2. How often can I participate in research?
Participation is optional. We'll send you an email when we think there's a suitable opportunity, and you can choose to partake as works for you.
3. Can I opt-out?
You can opt-out from Onfido Labs at any time by selecting ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email you receive from us or by contacting uxr@onfido.com directly.
4. How will you use my information?
The information you provide will only be used to pair you with suitable research studies and won’t be shared or sold to external parties. Any verbatim comments in research sessions will be anonymised in anything we create using the data. You can view our full Privacy Policy here.
5. Why does the sign-up link send me to a User Interviews website?
We partner with User Interviews to host our sign up process.
