With rising demand for digital banking services, TSB Bank is constantly looking for ways to streamline their onboarding process for new customers. To meet this need, TSB launched a new platform for digital customers including a new “Spend & Save” mobile banking app and a market-leading business savings account. 

TSB partnered with Onfido to accurately and securely verify that new customers are who they say they are. TSB customers quickly and easily sign up for a new account by submitting their identity document (ID) and a short video of their face. Onfido Verification suite confirms that the ID and facial biometrics are genuine and match the user in question - significantly reducing the chance of fraud
